1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, and promotional offers of 99an. Each game or service may have its own additional terms, which will apply alongside the general terms.

1.2 Priority of Terms

If a conflict arises between the terms of a specific game or promotion and the general terms, the terms of the specific game or promotion will take precedence.

1.3 Language

The original language of this Agreement is Bengali. In the event of any translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You may only have one active account on 99an.
• You must place bets in your own name and using your own funds.
• You must be of sound mental capacity and able to make decisions independently.
• It is your own responsibility to comply with the local laws of the country from which you are participating.

2.2 Age Verification

99an may request identity documents or other records for age verification at any time. 99an reserves the right to suspend deposit or withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on 99an, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Do not allow any third party to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 99an immediately.
• The member is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, the additional accounts will be closed and any collected bonuses will be forfeited.

3.4 Obligation to Update Information

If there are any changes to your contact or identity information, please notify the 99an support team immediately so that the account can continue to operate without interruption.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if additional verification is required, this time may increase.

4.4 Secure Payment Policy

• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be suspended until the source of the deposit has been verified.
• Additional information may be requested to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Suspicious transactions may be investigated by 99an.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is offered on the first deposit at 99an.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 worth of bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Before the bonus conditions are met, only the actual deposited funds may be withdrawable.
• 99an reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

6.1 Game Integrity Policy

All games on the 99an platform operate under a fair play policy. The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. 99an reserves the right to change these limits without notice.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

If a bet is placed due to a technical error, incorrect information, or an obvious pricing error, 99an reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the staked amount.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game result will be saved on the server. Once the connection is restored, that result will apply.

7.1 The Following Activities Are Strictly Prohibited

• Using the platform for the purpose of fraud, forgery, or money laundering.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Operating multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device.
• Interfering with the security or functionality of the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity or under another person's identity.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

99an may immediately suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass age verification or provision of false information.
• Failure to submit documents required for an investigation.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Balance Refund

If the account is not closed due to a breach of rules, the actual funds (excluding bonuses) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member's payment method.

• Faults with the member's own device or software.
• Any loss caused by unexpected technical errors.

10.2 Maintenance and Interruptions

99an may temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance or upgrades. 99an is not liable for any losses on active bets during such periods.
